MintedMiles ("we", "us", "our") operates a local vehicle-advertising network connecting drivers, local businesses, and installation partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your role and what you submit, we may collect:

Contact information — name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, city, and (for businesses) company name.
Driver information — vehicle make/model/year, license plate, insurance and registration status, vehicle photos, mileage readings, and (with your permission) route and location data used to verify campaigns.
Advertiser information — brand assets (logos, colors, creative), target ZIPs and campaigns, and billing details processed by our payment provider.
Site usage — pages visited, referrer, and device/browser information collected via first-party attribution logs to measure marketing effectiveness.

2. How we use information

To match drivers with campaigns and verify miles driven.
To report campaign performance to advertisers.
To process payouts to drivers and payments from advertisers.
To send account, campaign, safety, and payout notifications.
To send marketing messages (email or SMS) when you have opted in — you can opt out at any time.
To detect fraud, abuse, and to comply with applicable law.

3. What advertisers see

Advertisers see aggregate campaign data — total impressions, verified miles, ZIP-level reach, and install photos of wrapped vehicles. Advertisers do not receive drivers' names, contact information, or precise GPS traces.

4. Third-party services

We use vetted service providers to run the platform, including hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and analytics. Each provider processes information only as necessary to provide their service to us and is bound by its own privacy and security terms.

5. SMS / text messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on a MintedMiles form, you consent to receive text messages from MintedMiles at that number related to your account, matching, campaigns, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or of joining the waitlist.

We keep proof of your opt-in (the phone number you supplied, a timestamp, and the page you submitted from) for as long as required for carrier compliance (A2P 10DLC).

6. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and attribute waitlist signups to the page they came from. We do not sell your information to advertisers.

7. Data retention

We keep account, driver, and campaign records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is retired.

8. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing vroom@getmintedmiles.com.
Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Virginia, and others) may have additional rights, which we honor to the extent required by law.

9. Security

We use industry-standard controls, including encryption in transit and least-privilege access, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; you use the service at your own risk.

10. Children

MintedMiles is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
