Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MintedMiles website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, hold a valid U.S. driver's license (drivers), and have authority to bind any business you sign up on behalf of.
2. Waitlist and pre-launch access
Joining the waitlist or reserving early access is not a guarantee of enrollment. Availability depends on your area, vehicle, and campaign supply.
3. Drivers
As a driver, you agree to keep your vehicle registration and insurance current, follow all traffic laws, maintain the wrap in good condition, and submit accurate mileage and photo verifications. You are not our employee; you are an independent participant in a media program and are responsible for your own taxes.
Payouts are estimates only until earned. Amounts, bonuses (including premium-zone bonuses), and eligibility are subject to campaign availability, verification, and market conditions, and are not a guarantee of earnings.
4. Advertisers
As an advertiser, you warrant that all creative you submit is truthful, legal, and that you own or license the rights to use it. Impression, reach, and CPM figures are modeled estimates and not guarantees. Actual results vary.
5. Partners
Referral, fleet, install, and agency partners must comply with the applicable partner agreement they receive at onboarding.
6. Fees and payouts
Advertiser fees, driver payouts, and partner referral amounts are set per market and announced at signup. We may adjust them prospectively with notice. We do not charge drivers to enroll.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to promote unlawful goods or services, to harass, to misrepresent your identity or vehicle, to defraud campaign verification, or to violate any applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
MintedMiles, the MintedMiles logo, and site content are ours. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our IP to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTEDMILES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
